EC-TEL 2019 will take place at the Technical University Delft and will be hosted by the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Centre for Education & Learning.

The TU Delft was established on 8 January 1842 by King William II as a Royal Academy, became Polytechnic School in 1864 and gained full university rights in 1986. TU Delft is in the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus strategic alliance LDE with the universities of Leiden and Rotterdam. The Centre for Education & Learning CEL is one of the LDE Centres. LDE CEL focuses on research on Technology Enhanced Learning and educational innovation, e.g. with EdTech startups.

The campus is situated on the south side of Delft, within a biking distance of hotels and the city centre. ECTEL will take place in two venues on campus: Sports & Culture facilty X and the Teaching Lab.
